My skin is near transparent fair and any redness shows through.  I was exited about this product because my hope was that it would actually work with a light touch.  The first time I used it, I couldn't believe it-with a very light powdering, my redness was visibly reduced, if not gone altogether.  I used my big powder brush to just go all over my face to get any excess and use any remaining powder in my own brush to even out.  Now, I leave the brush (that comes with the powder) twisted down and dab it in the top tray of the powder and then lightly press it into problem areas of my face that...

I bought Clinique Redness Solutions Instant Relief Mineral Powder to cover redness on my cheeks. I put it on over my foundation as a setting powder and it really did "erase" the red areas but it only lasted about one hour then the red was shinning through again. I tried it with primers without primers I had no luck keeping it on my face. I returned it.
