I had a sample of this foundation in my drawer. I had only been using powder foundation for a few years. I am pregnant and my skin has changed some during the pregnancy and my powder wasn't providing the coverage I needed any longer. I decided to use the sample and was pleased with the results! I decided to order some online from Clinique.com. The shipping was very fast, I received some free samples and I didn't even have to leave my home to go buy it. I do find that it is a bit heavy, which I am not used to since I have been using only a powder compact for so long. I am hoping it is something I will get used to as I use it more. The color matches my skin perfectly and blends very well. I would purchase this foundation again.

I highly recommend this clinique foundation!!! I was previously using another clinique foundation, but I went to the clinique counter and asked for something that gave me more coverage. I needed something that covered discolorations on my face from acne and I guess the sun. When I first started using it, I felt it was a little on the thick side, but I guess that is because it provides more coverage. I am fairly certain that it is oil free and I've not had any problems with it clogging my pores. I also really like that it lasts all day and I have gotten lots of compliments on this new makeup. The color I have blends and matches my skin tone really well and it comes in a variety of shades. The foundation is reasonably priced and if you can time your purchases right, then you could get the free gift when you purchase the foundation. I don't think I will be changing foundations anytime soon. I will just need to find another shade for summer time.

If you are interested in a light, dewey look...Perfectly Real MakeUp is it. It goes on smooth and for me, a little goes a long way. I apply it with a foundation brush and even my fingers and it does not make the skin look caked or dry, two common problems I find in the average foundation. The foundation has a shimmer to it, which allows the light to play off of the makeup. I noticed the shimmer on my hands after touching my face, but it does not look like high school glitter on your face. There are a variety of shades, so finding a color to match is not a problem, especially when going to the Clinique counter. I would consider it moderate coverage, as it disappears into the skin, but covers up imperfections easily. I find I do not have to layer on more make-up or powder over the foundation, which some may find taboo. For those that prefer a natural, dewey look, Perfectly Real MakeUp will not disappoint.

Clinique's Perfectly Real Makeup gives me a very natural and sheer look! I have a light to medium skin tone and purchased Shade 14 (N).  I've been using this product for about two years. I do have to say that this isn't my favorite foundation, but if I am going for a natural look with excellent coverage then I am going to be grabbing for this bottle.  Your skin doesn't look like it's matte-looking nor does it look like you tried so hard to put makeup on.  It does not give you that cake-y look.  Make sure you choose the right color for your skin.  Application is very easy and smooth.  Once applied, your skintone looks very even.  It probably won't cover up your dark circles, so be sure to use concealer with this product. But it will cover up any redness you have or light acne marks.  This doesn't irritate my skin at all.  I usually am very acne-prone but have never broken out because of this product.

I have been using Clinique Perfectly Real make-up for about five years and am highly satisfied.  This is the perfect make-up for women who need a lot of coverage without feeling like your face has been plastered with goop.  Clinique Perfectly Real make-up is surprisingly very lightweight so I do not feel like there is a lot of make-up caked on my face when I wear it.  In addition, it has great coverage.  If you have any scarring, blemishes, or other skin flaws, I feel like Clinique Perfectly Real does a fantastic job at concealing them as well.  As an added benefit, it comes in a large variety of shades, so you will be able to find the perfect shade for your specific skin tone.  When I first bought this product, I had no idea what shade to pick, but the cosmetic lady at the counter was very helpful.  She spent a good 20 minutes testing different shades trying to find the exact match and she did!  This product is awesome and totally worth every penny!

Let me start out this review by saying that I've had problem skin for much of my life. Sometimes it was too oily, sometimes too dry. I have gone through many foundations and coverups, none of which were perfect for me. That was, until I found the Clinique Perfectly Real MakeUp. This was the first makeup that really convinced me that you get what you pay for. I had formerly stuck to the cheaper kinds you find in drugstores, but taking this step has shown me a whole new side of makeup. I went to a makeup counter and asked a beautician there to help me find my shade; I immediately noticed a difference in feel from what I had been using. I have been using it ever since. The only downside was that the Clinique MakeUp was a bit pricey, but it lasts for a long time, and if you buy it at a makeup counter, you can frequently get other goodies along with it. It's worth paying for the kind of makeup that gives you the confidence to go out there and feel good about yourself facing the world. Check this makeup out for yourself, and see if you feel the same way.

My friend that i work with has the most beautiful makeup.  When i stand next to her i feel like i'm washed out looking and it depressed me.  She told me that she uses clinique and loves it.  So one day while i was out I stopped by a clinique counter and talked to the makeup consultant.  I explained to him what my friend uses and how i just love how her makeup looks and he started asking me about what i like and he put this make up on half of my face and let me compare the two.  The stuff he put on looked amazing!!  i loved it i looked just as pretty as my friend.  I got exactly what he put on my face and i couldnt help looking in every mirror that day.  The next day when i tried to apply the makeup it didnt seem to go as effortlessly as he had done.  It didnt look like i had any makeup on at all.  So i tried applying more of it and it just make my face really oily.  I was upset that i had spent that much money on something that didnt look or feel like what he had done.  I switched back to my other makeup from before.

Clinique perfectly real is the best foundation ever. It is super easy to apply. Almost like a moisturizer, it effortlessly glides on super smooth with a soft clean look and feel. It blends well, and it comes in a wide variety of awesome natural looking shades. If you purchase from a clinique counter the wonderful ladies will assist you in finding the perfect shade for your face and will give free makeovers with purchase...FUN!  It has great staying power and is a perfect look for day to day wear or for formal events. I wore it for my wedding day and my pictures turned out amazing!  It comes in a small lightweight container and doesn't weigh down on the go makeup bags. It even has a nice smell. It is in the mid range of make up prices but it is worth every penny. You will feel and look great it Clinique. I have been using it for years and it is a product that I recommend to all of my friends.
