This cream saved my skin many years ago.  I have very sensitive skin that reacts to a lot of face products.  Sunscreen is especially bad.  I should know better, but I used a "regular" sunscreen one day and within 2 minutes my entire face was red and burning.  It was worse than a sunburn!  Kicking myself I went to the store to pick up some Clinique sun screen (which I usually used) so as not to repeat the error.  When I got to the Clinique counter the very nice sales lady took one look at me and asked what had happened to me.  I told her and she handed me a sample bottle of the body balm.  I put it on my red face and had relief instantly!  I could have kissed her!  So I bought my sunscreen AND the body balm.  This stufff is awesome!
