I HAVE EXTREMELY BAD "EYE PUFFYS"  THIS EYE CREAM DOES HELP BUT DOES NOT TOTALLY BANISH MY BAGS.  I WOULD HOWEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.  IT GOES ON GREAT UNDER MAKEUP.
