The Clinique 3 Step Skin Care System is wonderful. I started using this about 6 years ago. I had always wanted to try it because I had read positive things about it. When I started using this skin care system, my face was very dry. I read the instructions and started using it. The first step is a cleanser. It comes in a bar or in a liquid form. I have always used the cleansing bar. I wash my face with it in a circular motion with my fingertips, using the bar and tap water. When I have it all over my face and neck, I rinse with warm water. Then I use a cotton ball with the toner. I can feel it working to get the residue from the cleanser off of my face. My face always feels very fresh and clean. Finally, I use the moisturizing lotion. I pump out a small amount onto my fingertips, and very gently apply it to my entire face and neck with a dabbing motion. Then I smooth it out to my hairline, and down my neck as far as I wish to go. I don't use very much. Then I allow it to dry. Everyone always compliments me on my skin. They tell me that it glows. It feels very light, and dries very quickly. I Love this product!

At the beginning it was working great but here I am a week later and my skin is peeling everywhere! I am so pissed off my skin looks flaky and disgusting although it did clear up a few spots but left me with perky irritated skin!

Clinique 3 step skin care system is the best product I have ever used.. I have sensitive "combination skin" that requires hypoallergenic beauty products; My skin gets dried out in some areas and oily in others.I am also allergic to almost all cosmetics so I have to rely on my natural skin tone to stay looking my best. Other products left my skin looking blotchy in some area and dry in others. I find the Clinique facial soap strong enough to clean my pores, yet gentle enough not to dry out my skin. I splash my skin with cool water and apply very little using a cotton pad. The Clinique Clarifying Solution 2 is a gentle toner that leaves me with a refreshed, tingly feeling. I use this more liberally. The Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion absorbs quickly keeping my skin soft without becoming oily. A little bit of this lotion goes a long way. I prefer it to the;Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Ge.The gel did not give me the same results. If I do use make-up, then I add an extra step. I use the Clinique exfoliating scrub to clean the color residue out of my pores. This scrub can be applied lightly as a mask before you get in the shower; Just before my final rinse, I give my face a gentle scrub and splash my face with warm water; This Clinique exfoliating scrub also leaves my face feeling tingly and fresh. If you have "sensitive" skin or "problem" skin, then I suggest you give it a try.;

I was really excited to try Clinique's three step skin care. I had been dealing with breakouts and dry skin. My skin felt great for about a week. The toner was very refreshing and the lotion made my skin feel very soft and moisturized. My acne even disappeared. After a couple of weeks I noticed my skin getting red and irritated. It felt very, itchy and even painful. I stopped using everything, the soap, toner and lotion. After another several weeks my skin never recovered so I decided to go to a dermatologist. I explained what I had been using on my skin and she diagnosed it as a dermatitis that is sometimes caused by skin care products and cosmetics. She prescribed and antibiotic and the redness, itching and pain finally resolved. The Clinique three step skin care system is just not for me. I have tried other Clinique products and love them.

It only took two weeks for me to see real results using the Clinique 3 Step system. Even better, others started noticing that I looked "refreshed" I believe was the word. I started out with a sampler kit I bought on Clinique's online site to give it a try figuring if it did not work as well as I hoped I would not be out a lot of money. I watched for online specials and happily ordered the full size products and have been using this system ever since. Considering how long the products last they really are a good value in the long run. I have been using the 3 step skin care system coupled with Cliniques Repairwear night cream (one jar lasts me a year!) for over 10 years and I have yet to note any fine lines or wrinkles about my mouth or eyes, so as far as my female vanity is concerned this is money very well spent!

First off, I have only tried and used the moisturizer that comes with this 3 step kit. The moisturizer is light weight, easy to apply and comes in a light weight container. I have used it for about a year now. It is a little on the pricey side, but well worth your money. Its great for use on other skin areas besides the face, I have used on my hands. You can rest easy and be assured you will not over pump too much into your hands with the equipped dispenser on the bottle. The container does good job at keeping the moisturizer fresh and from drying up inside the bottle. This moisturizer can seem little runny at first but it dries and is absorbed quickly into the skin. The container is large in size and would not be ideal for carrying it in your purse.

The Clinique 3 step skin care system really surprised me. I decided to try this product because I've been an avid clinique customer for many years. I had got tired of various side effects from all the other skin care systems I tried. Most of them left my skin dry or smelly. I also felt some of them didn't clean my skin as well and simply moistened the dirt in. Anyways.... I tried this product after a very convincing clinique girl convinced me. I was shocked how well it work. I felt like I noticed a difference the first day. My skin actually FELT clean. (If you didn't think this was possible, you haven't tried this product). It is a bit time consuming, because it is 3 different products in one, but it is worth it. Each product has different key features and when all products are used together you get an amazing result. My only complaint is the price. It is a bit pricy, but from what I can tell it is much higher quality than all the other brands. Give it a try!

To be honest I had no idea before I started using this that there were three steps to cleaning your face. Luckily I was in my twenties when I got a free sample in a gift with purchase. Now that I am getting close to forty I am very glad that I started young. My face has no lines or wrinkles. It is clean and clear. It does not take much. Use a bit every night and in the morning. The cost works itself out. You will use it longer than those cheap products and it will actually work.

I am not a big fan of department store makeup. Only in a few very rare cases have I found it to be special in any way or worth the extra time and money it takes to obtain it. Clinique's skin cleansing products are no exception. I tried the set after years of being recommended them by a friend. In truth, I have absolutely no complaints. I found it pleasant to use (although I don't really think toner/clarifying lotion is necessary: hydrogen peroxide works fine if you must). It seemed very gentle: I don't have sensitive skin but I think this would have been fine if I did. I just didn't think it was anything special. The allegedly dramatically different moisturier in particular struck me as pretty 101. As a whole, it's not that big a price jump from drugstore products, but still not worth it.

While pregnant with my last little one, my face broke out all over. My skin had been really managable even through teenage years but nothing was working that usually did. I tried Clinique because it was recommended by several people and found that I could customize it to fit my changing skin. Everything was gentle enough that I could use it everyday and it didn't dry out or over moisturize my skin. It also lasted for a long time. The dramatically different moisturizer is amazing. It's moisturizes more where your skin is drier and doesn't make other areas oily. I've been very pleased with all three steps of the process. My other suggestion is to buy the products seperately during Clinique bonus time. I've bought each item at different times but when I start to run out I'm able to buy what I need and usually qualify for their bonus pack. The only negative is that if you buy the larger sized items they are hard to travel with and they don't neccesarily offer travel sizes in anything other than the lotion. It is a bit pricey, but I feel it's worth it.
