Nothing to break really, it's basically a tub with a hole cut in the top.  What is wonderful at our house is that our TWO large cats are never squatting enough to keep urine in.  This design with the extremely high walls will put a stop to that.  Upon preparing the box for use, the cats took too it right away. (gotta love cats)  The only bad thing about it is the inside room, but they are using it so I'll have to see.  Plus they are large cats.   I'd say for the price, if your having a problem with litter outside the box this is well worth the price.

This is from someone else, but fits my male cats actions as well! "My male cat took to it immediately. He doesn't seem to be picky about his litter box, but I sometimes see him using it, and he always has to have his head peeking out of the top. Which means he uses the bathroom in the same spot of the box every time. So everything does clump in the one area. And he is sure to let me know if I have allowed too much waste to accumulate and get in the way of his bathroom!"
