Clearwire Review

Every time I've had to go to the clearwire store my service has been just fine!

Just don't call the 1800 clearwire number!!! I had some tech problems with my connection and I held for 4 mins before I could talk to someone about anything. A young man answered my call where I asked to be transferred to tech support. The young man gave me a tone and told me that I called the wrong number and HUNG up on me! SO I called back. This time I got a young lady on the phone and I asked to speak to a supervisor to complain about what had just happened. The young lady decided to interrogate me with tons of freakin questions before she would just transfer me!! I had to stop her and TELL her AGAIN that I just wanted to talk her supervisor. She got mad at me and put me on hold. When I finally got to a supervisor I found out that I was transferred to the billing department....Really? Their customer service is TERRIBLE!
