value conscious, practical, not rich, Avid church goer/attendee, divorced, parent of an only child, conservative, love BBQ food

Pros

    no interruption in internet service, Price is comparable to Vonage and others, Customer service is wonderful, They're the best, and good listeners, Custmr serv. walkd thru installation 4me, No problem with phone service, Have all the bundled serv.w/o the price

Cons
    Confusion with set up directions., 7 dy supprt, but not 24/7, Modem must be in direct contact w/signal
