We have enjoyed the editing of movies with our DVD player. However, it is very sensitive and tends to skip a bit, even having to skip whole scenes sometimes. However, we are really disappointed because two days after the 90 day warranty expired, the DVD player stopped being able to read discs. It has been freezing more and more frequently. After the last freeze, it either says that the disc is not playable or it shuts the power off. I'm not sure how much this will cost to fix. We're waiting to hear from the Clearplay customer service. If customer service is responsive, we might fix it. Otherwise, we might just see if we can't get some of the yearly membership fee back and just right it off as a loss.
