Clearplay - CP 007 USB DVD Player —
My first Clearplay DVD player broke within a month. It had been sensitive the whole time, skipping, freezing, etc, but when it broke I was able to return it to Target for a replacement. The replacement broke within 2 months, but after the 1 month replacement policy at Target. I didn't use the player, and ten months later, Clearplay automatically charged my credit card for a renewal subscription (which I had NEVER authorized). I have been trying to get them to cancel my account and reverse the charge for the last month, but their customer service line puts their "current customers" on hold for over 30 minutes, and they refuse to cancel an account over the internet. This company is deceitful, their product is cheaply made, and they don't give a d**n about you!NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they are a client of Clearplay - CP 007 USB DVD Player
