When I saw Clearasil had another Ultra face wash on the market, I was surprised. I already love the Clearasil Ultra Acne Face Scrub and Ultra Cream Face Wash. Why another? It turns out it's for Overnight. Still, I was curious why they needed a face wash just for overnight. Did they want me to spend more money for essential the same Daily Face Wash but a new packaging and name? Luckily, there was a coupon so I tried it and discovered it's different than the Daily Face Wash! The Overnight Wash is stronger, and I don't use it every night since it would be too strong to use with the Bliss Peeling Groovy Serum. The Overnight wash eliminates SOME redness and pimples overnight, and I do see some results in the morning. I used to only use the Clearasil Ultra Acne Face Scrub at night, but the Overnight Wash definitely delivers more visible results. Don't get me wrong; this product did not eliminate pimples overnight for me, but it lessened the acne. A good buy at a good price.

While I don't break out that often, I do really like using the Clearasil Overnight Wash.  For starters, I really like the way it smells.  It may seem like an odd thing to notice, but if your face wash makes you want to  gag, its very difficult to wash your face as its so close to your nose.  I really like that it doesn't dry out my skin, and that when I do have a pimple, it does seem to help clear it up within a couple of days. I'm not sure what exactly makes this an overnight wash.  I do use it during the day pretty often, just because I really like it.  While the product claims to reduce redness, I have not had much experience with this.  But I also know that my face wash isn't a miracle product so I never really expected for that to be the case.  Unfortunately, one negative about this wash is that its a relatively small bottle compared to say the daily wash tube.  And its a little bit more expensive than the daily wash.  But if you can find a good deal at a drug store, its definitely worth trying. And you also don't need to use that much - it lathers easily.

I have had clean skin ever since trying this product.  If I haven't used it in a few days and a blemish shows up, I just remind myself to use this cleaner and its gone by the next morning.  Try and enjoy your new fresh clear complexion

I had clear skin as a teenager. Beautiful, clear skin. The occasional hormonal pimple, but that was it. Now, in my late 30s, I've been getting horrible hormonal/stress induced cystic pimples, around my chin and jawline. I bought Clearasils' new Ultra Overnight Wash, in hopes that it would be a good product for my skin issues. So far, a month in, so good. I think it really does help with healing overnight. My skin seems way less oily, and way more normal (normal for me, which is dry) - it looks better, feels better. Still breakout, but the wash seems to help clear them a little faster (in conjunction with a medicated concealer I just bought). It is in a convenient, hygienic pump. Lightly scented - can't place the scent, but it is very pleasant - I'd love a body wash or lotion that smells like that. 2% salicylic acid is the active ingredient. And I don't know how it works overnight, since you do rinse it off, but it works in some way, because my face is proof. Lathers quickly and easily, and rinses right off. It is not harsh. Has not dried out my skin or irritated it. I can see myself using this for a long time.
