I ordered the Clearasil Ultra Acne Solution System online after seeing a commercial for it. Clearasil was one of the only brands I had never tried for my acne. I have suffered with acne since I was a teenager, and even the most expensive brands wouldn't help it. I assumed Clearasil wouldn't do much for it either because it was cheap, but I was desperate. I was pregnant with my daughter, so my face was worse than it had ever been. Most acne systems only have three steps, but this one has four. I like skin care regimens that are simple because I don't have a lot of extra time, and this one was just more difficult. I only used this system for a week before I started having huge cystic pimples all over my face! This was a shock because my breakouts usually consist of small pimples, and they are not cystic. Someone suggested that maybe this product was pulling all the bad stuff out of my skin, and it would get worse before it got better. That made a lot of sense, so I continued with the product. After a month of using the Clearasil Ultra Acne Solution System, my skin was worse than it had ever been! I do not recommend this system to anyone!

I have been using Clearasil since I was in middle school and before that I tried so many different kinds that never worked for my skin . I have oily skin and I work out at least three times a day so my break outs are continuous . This brand of acne treatment is the only one that truly reduces the break outs but also makes the ones that come out are eliminated over night . You can notice the reduction of redness, shine , and size the next day . I do not like the way the treatment looks and feels along with the smell . Effectiveness Extremely effective , works the fastest from all other products I have ever tried . Ease of Application Very easy to apply, just squeeze out of bottle , rub in and leave in for a bit until you feel a tingle then wash completely off and have a face towel that you only use for your face and keep it clean . Leave your face completely dry to have better effect. Convenience It is convenient , found every drug store , this is one brand that I see every where . Side Effects There are no side effects that I have noticed except for the clearer skin . Immediacy So fast , faster than all others .

I have never felt like I my face was so clear and clean of dirt, oils and acne as when I used this product. I previously had tried to put today my own daily face washing regimen. When I saw this kit was put together I felt like it was a must buy that covered all the basis and that I had to give it a try. It was pretty expensive but when adding up the total cost of everything else I was buying for my face it wasn't that expensive. And after the effects that I got from the treatment I felt like it was definitely worth it. My face rarely broke out while using this product. However, you have to be generous with your application of some of the products contents such as the spot treatment or the astringent or your face can be irritated. Mine had a rash a few time before I realized how much of the product was appropriate for my face. Side Effects As I mentioned before, if you over use the product your face can get irritated and have a red rash.

This face wash works well for my skin type. Didn't irritate my skin like some products can. Smells effective, like it would work on tough acne. Not one of the more expensive washes. Didn't seem to dry out my skin as well, which is very important. Overall a good face wash for fighting acne.

I started using Clearasil Ultra Acne Solution System about a month ago. I have to say that my skin has never been clear or felt cleaner. I never had bad acne, but it was a bit bad at times. I have tried EVERY other product under the sun, including pretty expensive stuff on the market and that you can only get through catalogs. This is the best acne medication that I have used. My zits have cleared and i feel so much better. Its easy to use, its non invasive, its dries quickly and never stains any type of bedding. The price is excellent and the product last a long time.The only negative point and its not that bad, it dries the skin a tiny bit, but if you don't use too much I think you should be fine. The face wash is the best product of the group. After every shower my face feels so clean and I actually feel free of acne. I really would recommend this system to anyone, even if you don't have acne. Its fresh, its light and I think it really does makes a difference in the way your skins looks and feels.

I believe in reviewing this product that I may not be the best person to have tried it. I don't break out that much and only had a few pimples when I tried the Clearasil Ultra Acne Solution System. I came across it at a drugstore which had it marked on clearance and the expiration date was not for three more months. I went through the process of applying and rinsing. When I had finished I had blotchy red spots to where I had applied it. My skin seemed to be more sensitive than I thought it was when using this. After a few days of use, this product really wasn't clearing up those few pimples and was only leaving the red rash type areas on my face. I quit using it and let the pimples clear themselves away. I know many people have used this product with great results, but I just wanted to share my experience as well. I am sure that it is a terrific product for some types of skin, but clearly this product is not for everybody.

I started using Clearasil in middle school. I liked its fresh scent and thick, pasty consistency--it's unlike any other face wash I've used. It doesn't lather up much like many face washes do, and after you rinse it off, your face feels fresh and tingly. I believe it helped keep my minor breakouts at bay for the next few years, though I did experience some skin dryness because of the acidic active ingredient. When I was in my later teens, I developed cystic nodular acne, and no topical medication I tried (and I tried many), including Clearasil, could touch my breakouts. Effectiveness Works fairly well for your typical whitehead breakouts. Ease of Application Easy to use, but be careful not to get Clearasil residue on clothing or towels--the acid in it causes bleach spots. Side Effects If I didn't maintain a careful moisturizing routine (and sometimes even when I did), my skin sometimes got dry and flaky and tight-feeling.

Acne has never been a major problem in my life just like a small hassle when I'm stressed or about to start my period. However, by regularly using Clearasil Ultra Acne Solution System, that problem has become a distant memory. It keeps small flare ups at bay while keeping my skin looking super smooth and very soft. I would hate to have to remember what it was like before using this product. The thing I like about this product as compared to others is that it doesn't make my face feel loaded down with product. It allows me to feel like as soon as I was my face it all goes away, there is no residue or anything. Effectiveness I cannot remember the last time I had a breakout when using this product! Convenience Make this product a routine and it's super convinent. I do it at night right before I brush my teeth and head off to bed. Side Effects For myself there are no side effects. Some days my skin feels a little drier than nomal but I think that may be due to the winter weather, not the Clearasil. Immediacy When I first started using this product it took me about two or three weeks to really notice that it was working and keeping the breakouts at bay. Now that I'm using it, I can't recall the last time I had a breakout.

I have PCOS which is a hormone condition, I have a terrible time trying to control breakouts. I would love to find something that clears my face up. The price for the Clearasil Ultra Acne Solution system was in my budget, so I decided to give it a try. The directions are clearly written out, and very easy to understand and follow. The bottles are clearly marked 1, 2, 3, and 4. Right after I finished the application my face felt very nice. However, after a few days of using this, my face dried out and the breakouts got worse. The application of the system was so easy. The products did sting a little, but I felt that meant it was working, I now think that I may be allergic to something in the products. i made sure to rinse my face really well, but the products left a weird feeling on my face still. The containers that the system comes in are easy to store. They aren't real big so if your travelling, you could still take them along.

I purchase this acne medication and cream about once every year. I mostly use Clean and Clear, but I resort to Clearasil for a change once in a while. I feel like it does my skin good to change it up every now and then. Clearasil does a fine job of clearing acne from my skin. I have very oily skin; therefore I apply acne cream and medication on my entire face every single night after I have washed it first. Sometimes I apply the cream twice daily if my face has really terribly broken out with acne. It usually takes about two or three days for my face to clear up when I apply Clearasil on twice a day. My face does not dry out, like some other peoples' faces would. I just do not like how the cream leaves white streak marks after drying. I have used the tinted acne cream, and it looks like cream foundation as a substitute for make-up. The scent is actually nice and clean, and it does not smell like chemicals.
