useless

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

I did not have high expectations when I purchased the Clearasil Pimple Blocker Pen, but I still hoped that it would do something. It claims to work on current pimples and on those that you are beginning to feel forming under the surface of your skin. Well, to be honest, it does not really do much for either type of pimple. It pretty much does nothing for existing pimples, and as for those that are just forming, it seems to stop them from getting bigger, but it does not make them go away. Seems like deceptive marketing to me. I would definitely not repurchase this product, as it is on a whole pretty useless. Also pretty expensive, considering that it costs around ten dollars for a tiny little tube that runs out within a week if you are using it pretty reguarly.

Not worth the money

Overall
Rated 2 out of 5

I had high hopes for this product because Clearasil has always been a trusted brand in our house.  But I found this product feel very short of my expectations.

First, the idea of a pimple blocker, as it is called, to me says it will block the pimple from coming to fruition.  Not so.  The pimple still comes, and in my opinion, in full force, as it would if you had not treated it.

I am not an acne sufferer, and only get an occasional "monthly" pimple or so.  And those usually come in the form of what I like to call the "undergrounders".  So I felt I had plenty of time to feel a pimple coming and treat it fast.

Since it takes a couple to a few days for this product to "block" the pimple, I do not see how that is blocking it at all.  My pimples still had some redness to them, and even thought they eventually did go away, I don't think it was faster than using other products.

When I purchased this I used a $1 off coupon and it was still pricey.  I cannot see buying it again.

Clearasil Ultra Pimple Blocker Pen works best and fast.

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I bought Clearasil Ultra Pimple Blocker Pen for my 11 year old daughter. She saw the add for this on TV and asked for it. I usually buy a different major brand with peroxide in it. The price of this is a little more but I thought if it helps her, I'll try it. WOW!! This per is easy to carry with her. The jell rolls up like lip-gloss. It has a cool applicater to rub it on. It absorbs quickly. It is clear so you can't tell it is on right after you use it. TJhe best part is it works. Exactly like it says it will. The redness is gone within "4 hours". It initially leaves a small flesh colored bump. Keep using 2 times a day and the bump will be gone within a couple of days. My daughter loves...

Horrible!

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

I bought this pen because when i was younger i took some very strong medicine to get rid of acne. I was acne free for a few years and now i am in highschool and i am experiencing some minor breakouts. I was trying to prevent going back on the medicine, so i thought this pen would be worht a shot. I felt a few pimple coming on so i used the pen right away. The next day when i woke up i was broke out everywhere i used the pen. This was not what i had in mind when i heard that it blocks pimples... Not worth it at allll.
