It really makes me wonder how something so gentle can be so effective, but you can find all the answers about removing eye makeup (even waterproof mascara) in this bottle. Plus, I'm really entertained by the bilayer solution! (You need to shake it before each use, making it a cloudy mixture, and after it sits and settles, it returns to the bilayer-clear solution.
