Clean and Clear face wash is a pretty good face wash. Years ago I used this product all the time. Now I've switched to organic face washes. If I hadn't I would probably still be using this. It did a good job of getting your face clean. I really like the scrubbing beads. I liked adding exfoliation to my day. It felt like it was getting my face cleaner than other face washes had. It went deeper into your skin. I don't know that it minimized pores though. Also it is a pretty good price for face wash. You can find this in a lot of stores. All in all it was a pretty good face wash with added benefits. Effectiveness It did a good job of getting your face clean. It also did a good job of scrubbing your face in a gentle way to exfoliate and get down deeper. Ease of Application It was easy to apply and rinse off. I liked the way that it went on my face. Convenience I liked that the bottle stood on it's wide cap. It made it easy to store and open. It was easy to grab and use. The lid snapped back on to keep it sealed well. Side Effects There weren't any major side effects.

Clean & Clear Face Wash is a wash that my skin really likes. It is simple to use and fun. I can't say that very often about a face wash that helps with acne or oily skin. It is really good at exfoliating my face and revealing the new skin that resides beneath. My skin looks "smoother, cleaner and clearer" after a couple of washes and I like the feel of it. The texture of it isn't too rough against my skin, so it doesn't hurt my skin. I like the gentle micro-beads in it. It doesn't burn my skin either, and I thought it would. It didn't dry or irritate my skin. My skin didn't peel because I followed the easy instructions. It helps shrink my pores as well. I guess my skin likes the ingredients it is made of. It clears up my skin while it tingles. It feels good. I like the way it lathers. I usually have to use it twice to get really good lather. It is very easy to apply. I think the smell of it is average. It does smell "medicated", but it isn't overwhelming. I didn't have any side effects from using it. You just have to follow the instructions. You should see results within a few days. You should try and stay out of the sun when using this. I use this stuff daily or every other day. I think this face wash would work best on people who have "mild to moderate acne". I like the cute design and the container this wash comes in and the size. It will last for month and months. I think the price is a bit high for this, even though it works. If you can find a coupon or get this on sale, the price would be fair. Either way, I like this product.

This product is one of Clean and Clear's basic products that cost less that some of cleansers/treatments that produced by clean and clear. It is a basic cleanser that works to clean your face and help prevent breakouts. I like using this as a basic cleanser, but do not rely on using it to treat acne and sometimes this product leaves my skin a bit dry because of the higher percentage of acne medication. It is a great starter product for face cleansing and a good everyday product when you need to wash your face; relatively good for the price you pay Effectiveness It leaves your skin feeling cleaner, but does not really work in fighting acne Ease of Application Very easy to use, goes on smooth, and easy to wash away Convenience easy to use from getting it out of the bottle to the application Side Effects Sometimes there is a little bit of dryness if used too often. Ok so I used to always use Clear and Clear face wash.I used it on a daily basis and though i liked it.I did very little for my acne but it smelled so good so i decided to keep using it.Well I went on vacation one day and tried bar soap and it worked so much better on my acne and within a few days it was all gone. However, the bar soap did dry out my face so on a weekly basis I decided to use clear and clear and the rest of the time zest bar soap and guess what now I have no acne. I understand the reason is that most acne products have things in them that are extra chemicals and stuff and since Zest had none, it dried the face rather than mosturize it. I also understand that Clear & Clear is a good product for some skins but for some people it just may not be right at all.Some people can use Zest and some cannot.SOme can use Clear & Clear, while it just might not work right for other users.

Wow! This is a great product for anyone to use. I love the way it burns on my face. It makes a really nice a refreshing feeling. It does not burn in a bad way. It is great for those with acne problems. My acne dissapeared as soon as I started using this product. I wish I had more of it. I ran out in about a few months because I kept washing my face with it. There are warnings on the bottle to use sun screen and limit exposure to the sun when using it but I never had a problem with that and I live in San Diego!! Where it is sunny all the time and even sunny in the winter time. It also says it will bleach hair and I even put a little in my hair but did not have a problem with that either. It is nice to use a few times a week because I alternated this with an aveeno facial wash everyday so it was always nice to come back to this. I would not recommend using it daily though because it might dry out your skin.

Okay so i tried this stuff a couple years ago, and to this day would NEVER reccommend it. It only cleared up a small amount of my skin, and it burned for several hours after i washed it, and i defiently do NOT have sensitive skin. It made my skin horribly oily, even if i washed with it at night then rinsed the oil it made on my face off in the morning i would come home with a gross layer of oil on my skin later that day. Some days it was so bad i would get comments on it asking if it was too hot cus i looked like i had sweat on my face or if id splashed water on my face and thats why it was wet. I didnt use this product more than 3 weeks. I finally realized that this product has a TON of oil IN it. One day i went to use it and when i squeesed the tube, i guess the oil had seperated from the product and that is all that came out was a silvery clear oil. Even for people who have seriously dry skin i dont think i would reccommend it.

Though it may work well, the Clean & Clear Face Wash is nowhere as good as the Neutrogena Deep Clean Invigorator. I got this because it is much more affordable than the Neutrogena one (which price has shot up). But I do not like the smell of this one, and do not feel near as fresh and tingly after putting onto face. I use it in the shower instead of at the sink, so very easy to wash/rinse off, rather than splash all over in the sink and dry off with towel. But if you like the smell, you may be able to test smell it by flipping the cap (shhh) at the drug store, without breaking open anything, as it is not in any wrapping. I haven't tried some other model/versions, but this particular one does not seem to work well. The texture on the otherhand is very good, with gritty and nicely soft by rough feelign in your hands and on your face. Barely tingles compared to the Neutrogena one. So, see how you like it, if you don't mind the smell.

I bought this face wash because it was on sale and I had a coupon.  It turned out to work great!  I love the smell of the cleanser and it has these little scrubbing beads in it that really clean your skin thoroughly.  The scrubby beads feel great on your skin and when you rinse your face you have such a fresh feeling.  The best part is that your skin feels clean and fresh all day long!  Since I first purchased this item my skin has felt better than ever.  Before  I struggled with extremely oily skin and occasional break outs.  Now my skin is much less oily and very few break outs.  I would definately recommend this product.
