Keeps my kid from flipping out - and breaking out.

Quick View: My son started to break out a bit and his skin is very sensitive. I bought this to see if it would help and I use it once a month when my face reverts back to a teenager's with crazy hormones. It's pretty good.

About Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser Sensitive Skin 8 oz

This cleanser is made specially for sensitive skin which my 16 year old son has and I have. He has only broken out a bit and I believe it is from the heat but he still flipped out. I bought this hoping it would ease his "I can't go to school with a zit" anxieties. The cleanser is, indeed, mild. It has a very light pleasant scent and foams well. It seems to clean the face really well. I use it when I get a pesky bump or blotch and my skin doesn't feel stripped as it usually does with acne products. It deeply cleans my face and does leave it feeling a bit tight but my usual moisturizers take care of it. My son has no issues with dryness and likes this cleaner. His face is fine and I have seen no breakouts at all since he started using this. I don't know if it is this cleaner or just circumstances but, since this isn't hurting his face, he will continue to use it.

My Viewpoint

We had tried a number of Clean & Clear products and most were harsh. Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser Sensitive Skin isn't. It is definitely made for sensitive skin yet it still cleanses deeply. I don't think this could fight severe acne because it contains no salicylic acid. 4 stars.
