Classmates.com —

I have been a "Gold Member" of Classmates.com for 6 years.  I have had a problem with logging on for three months.  I have contacted them through email and have yet to get the problem resolved.  I am an attorney and will be happy to file a class action on behalf (at no charge) for anyone else that will like to join me demanding a Full Refund.

Have the same problem. Tells me i am not registered, but they sure charged my credit card, and not the original amount agreed. Was supposed to be a "special offer". But that is not the way it went. I finally got logged in after many complaints and problems, just wanted to cancel at this point. And of course, I can cancel but the fee is non-refundable??? WTH!

I too am a gold member and having problems logging in. I have email Classmates and they responded by sending the the instructions that are on the website which I follow before I emailed. The instructions did not work the first, second, or third time that I tried them. Very frustrated at this point.
Sincerely
Keco.

Like Gary, I too was a long time "Gold Member of Classmates" until I started having log on problems. Much to my dismay, there was no customer service in place to help me with my problem. My emails went unanwsered. My final try to resolve the problem resulted in having two profiles, both non-accessiable. Since I paid with a credit card I requested the card company to retract my payment and bid "Classmates good bye for good.

They also don't even read thier terms of service. A person posted photos of my daughter on thier profile without my permission. I contacted classmates about this and they wouldn't do anything about it when the terms of service clearing state you have to have permission to post photos of other people and you can not misrepresent yourself or affiliation with another person or entity

I completely agree. Fortunately, I have never given them any money, but the only answers I could find for my log in problem were to click a non-secure link to reset it or to log in. Hello! If I could log in, there wouldn't be a problem! I wish they would forget I ever existed. I wish you luck.
