We decided to give Claritin for Children a try when my daughter started showing signs of allergies in the spring and fall. We live in a more country like setting, with our backyard being the woods, and as I look out the window now, I can see cotton like stuff all over our backyard, which drives me daughter's allergies nuts! Since you can't escape it, you have to deal with it the best you can. She's two years old, so it's hard for me to get her to take anything unless it tastes like candy. She had NO problem taking the Children's Claritin Allergy grape chewables, and since she's started taking it, she's no longer stuffed up, her eyes are clear and bright, and she hardly sneezes. She's still full of energy, and doesn't mope around when she's on it, which is a huge deal. She also sleeps better at night, now that she can breathe. I recommended it to my sister, who also lives in the country with two young children, and they also have seasonal allergies. I'm just glad there's something out there for my daughter that's strong enough to work, that doesn't have to be a prescription.
NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they received a sample of Claritin Children's Chewables
