I received some of this product because I am a bzzagent with bzzagent.com. I have been giving this to my 4 and 6 year old and they are able to play outside for long periods of time now without having allergy attacks and having to come back inside immediately. I like that it provides 24 hour relief from allergy symptoms. My kids love the taste of the grape chewable too. They are just thrilled that they don't have to take nasty liquid medicine. Before, it was always a chore to get them to take allergy medicine. They have now been taking the Children's Claritin Chewables for 3 weeks and they have been able to spend more time outdoors than before and aren't having allergy symptoms.

I have been a fan of **Claritin** for adults for over 5 years now, I liked it even back in the day when you had to get a perscription for it. But I was always a little disappointed that my kids (under 12) could take this. A bunch of other parents must have been too, because the makers of **Claritin** decided: lets cash in! And I'm sure this has to be a big hit and a money maker - I buy **Claritin Children's Chewables **all the time for my boys. I love that they made a **Claritin Children's Chewables **so now my kids benefit from this fantastic drug as well. Benedryl works great - but a little too great at putting my kids to sleep. And there's nothing worse than sending an already miserable, allergy ridden child to school half asleep as well (from meds). My boys say the **Claritin Children's Chewables **grape flavor tastes great and it's easy to chew and swallow...that's good enough for me. It's pricy but it's so worth it! Effectiveness **Claritin **is wonderful because it's a non drowsey, over the counter medicine that does a fantastic job of relieving allergy symptoms like watery, itchy eyes and a dripping, sneezy nose - I also use it for mild colds as well and it does a great job. Ease of Use My children love the flavor: these are chewable so they're wonderful for kids that aren't big enough to take regular claritin or hate swallowing pills. Immediacy Within 20-30 minutes I notice that my children find nasal relief from Children's Claritin.

I am amom of four kids and because one product doesnt necessarilly help everyone in the household this is my second choice for an allergy medicine for any medicne cabinet. I use this one on my special needs child because it doesnt cause drowsiness unlike some other kinds of allergy medications that are sold over the counter. My child takes prescription medications and because some of those make him drowsy he doesnt need a mediciation that causes him to be any more drowsy. This Claritin was referred to me by his doctor as safe and effective for him to use and you should check with your childs physician before trying to medicate a medicated child. It comes in a chewable that is grape flavored easy to chew and swallow no gritty taste and is just as effective asother allergy medications. It works on seasonal allergys as well and is able to be carried with you and the best part is you dont need a prescription.

My child has had her share of seasonal allegies leading to many ear infections, and after a doctor's recommendation, I started giving her children's claritin chewables. I do not feel that they really helped her at all. I know that a lot of the allergy medications on the market do not have immediate effects, but instead, you see these effects take place over time. I gave this medicine a shot and gave it to her every day for over a month. I did not see any improvement in her allergies. I did love the fact that it was chewable and that she loved the taste. She would beg for more, as I think she thought they were candy. The great thing about them is that you can break them in half and easily give a smaller dosage. They are also very portable, and you don't have to mess with measuring and pouring a messy liquid. I wish they had been more effective, and I wish that I would have been able to see an improvement in her quicker. Many times when she has seasonal allegies, it comes upon her quick, and she needs immediate relief.

My eight year old son takes these for his allergies and sinus problems and they work great.He sleeps much better thru the night and can breathe alot better. Animals and nothing else dont bother him like it use to.

I like the idea of being able to chew a tablet anytime I feel allergies coming and it's good for people who have a hard time with pills.  However, Claritin (loratidine) is not nearly as effective as Zyrtec in my opinion.  I use Zyrtec daily with Flonase nasal spray and am symptom free for the most part.  Claritin doesn't seem as strong.  But every person is different and depending on your allergy, one may be better suited to you.  I have also had more headaches when taking Claritin, but who knows.   I'd take Zyrtec (cetirizine) for more effective treatment.

Claritin Chewables Allergy medicine is in an easy to take form.  You do not have to swallow a pill, instead chew it up.  The flavor I had was grape, which was very tasty for a medicine.  It is a non-drowsy antihistamine that last for 12 hours.  Claritin helps with sneezing; runny nose; itchy, watery eyes; and itchy throat or nose.  This product is for children and adults over 6 years of age. I highly recommend this product; within 20-30 minutes allergy symptoms are relieved.  I have been able to get through my days without allergies distracting me.  I have been taking Claratin for the past 5 years and always have had wonderful results with my allergies.  When I discovered the chewables, I tried them and found it was an easier way to take my allergy medicine.  I have also had relief from headaches and congestion that can come with allergies.  In my opinion, this medicine a miracle for allergy sufferers.

My child has always suffered from allergies, food as well as environmental. It's tough when a child needs medication but can't swallow pills! Not too many medicines come in liquid form, that's why I love Claritin Chewables Allergy Medicine. My child takes it willingly and even enjoys it. A very short time after taking his medicine he's starting to feel better.

i finally broke down and tried some allergy medicine for my 9 year old daughter, and i got some childrens claritin.  let me say, she has obviously been needing this for a long while.  she is not sneezing, coughing, having itchy throat/nose, or have the red "teary" eyes.  she says she feels much better and i really belive it based on th eway she looks and acts.  anyone with children suffering from allergies should give this a try!

I am a bzzagent and a current campaign I am participating in is for the 24hr grape claritin chewables. As part of the campaign, I received a free sample of the 24 grape chewables. My two year old daughter and I both have allergies and typically use zyrtec which makes us drowsy...ok for night time...but not so ok during the day. I can give my daughter a chewable every other day and it keeps her breathing well! It is great to see her have such relieft and not have to give her medicine daily! I also took the over 12 dosage of two tablets, and I am happy to report that I saw relief within the first half hour. I was pretty impressed. My daughter and I will definetly be keeping these chewables around as part of our allergy fighting regimen, I would highly recommend for both children and adults!
