Great color and gentle on your hair.

I've used this product three months in a row now and see myself using it for the foreseeable future.  I love trying different hair colors and had lightened my hair to a dark blond over the summer.  Once fall hit, I decided to go back to my fav hair color, red.  I picked up a box of Natural Instincts at WalMart on sale for $6.00.  I have hair just past my shoulders and it is a little on the thin side so one box was more than enough to cover all of my hair.  The box recommends you keeping it on your head for 15 minutes.  If you wanting just a light kick of color that is fine, but I prefer a... review »

Beautiful Color Without the Salon Price Tag!
loving this product, an at home hair colorer

I have naturally light brown hair with a hint of warmth. My hairdresser hounded me for over a year to try an auburn or deep red. I gave in and she used a salon brand deep red. I loved it! The color looks great with my green eyes and fair skin! As anyone who has gone red before knows, it fades...quickly. Well, I can't justify spending $50 per month to have my color refreshed so I gave Natural Instincts (Cinnaberry) a try. I was not disapointed! It leaves my hair soft and super shinny. Easy to use, leaves hair shiny and soft and it it smells good!

One of the things I like the most about this product is that it doesn't  smell bad when using it, like a lot of hair coloring products do.  They give you a generous sized tube of conditioner that leaves your hair very shiny and soft.  I have long hair and after I have used all I need, there is still about a quarter of a bottle left over.  It's easy to use, gentle on your hair and you can try different colors and not worry about it changing the color of your hair too much.  I like that it covers my gray hair.  I leave it in a bit longer than the box says to, but I think because it's fairly...
