Herbal Essences Hydralicious is my go to product whenever I am not buying a more high end line from a salon. I have pretty long, color treated hair, so finding the right conditioner is very important. This product does the trick! You don't need a lot of conditioner to leave even long hair feeling nourished and shiny. My hair is fine and often ends up getting very tangled and knotty when I wash it. When I use this conditioner, I don't need to use my spary conditioner/detangler in order to brush/comb out my hair before drying and styling. It also leaves my hair smooth, somewhat shiny and very hydrated. The flyaway pieces are non existant and my hair feels great. It even stays looking great if I use heat (like a hair dryer or flat iron) on my hair. Not to mention it smells fantastic! Refreshing and fun without being overpowering. Scent The smell is wonderful.

I decided to try Herbal Essences Hydralicious Reconditioning Conditioner after seeing it was on sale at my local grocery store. I had tried other Herbal Essences' shampoo and conditioners in the past but not this particular one. I was pleasantly surprised with the results I saw after using this conditioner. I have fine long hair which often tangles and will not hold a style for long. I found that after using this conditioner my hair was easier to comb. I definitely had less tangles and my hair felt soft and smooth. My hair felt and looked healthy. I liked using this conditioner with the matching shampoo for optimum results. My entire family now uses it and everyone likes it. Effectiveness This conditioner moisturized my hair. My hair felt smooth and looked shiny after use. My hair did not tangle as much and was easy to comb through after washing and conditioning it. Scent This conditioner has a very nice scent.

I cannot believe the great reviews I've been reading about this product. The best thing about most of Herbal Essences' product's is how they leave your hair smell. This product is called Hydralicious Reconditioning Conditioner, so you would think it is a great conditioning treatment. It's not. It's a decent product if you're looking for something cheaper than the leading brand, but it's not a reconditioning conditioner as the name implies! Effectiveness Does a mediocre job at conditioning your hair. It's not for those that have dry and brittle hair. It doesn't do anything to help control frizzy hair or help recondition dry and damaged hair. I would only recommend this to those that don't have damaged hair and are in need of a low cost conditioner. It's not for anyone with dry and coarse hair. Scent It does have a really fabulous smell!

I've used Herbal Essences for years. I switch up the type I'm using based on my hair's current needs and the smell of the product. This conditioner and shampoo blend has a scent that has stuck to my hair better than any shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Herbal Essences is very cheap when it comes to price, and you are not going to see the same results in shine and feel as you would using a more expensive shampoo and conditioner, but it is a good choice for a low end shampoo and conditioner. I have noticed that when I use a hydrating product of herbal essences, after using a non hydrating product of Herbal Essences that my hair's oils are more prominent, and my hair gives off more of a shine, but not one that compares to a higher quality brand. Overall, if you can't spend much on hair care I would recommend it, but if you can afford to go fancy, pass this one up. Effectiveness I can see some differences, but not enough . Scent The scent has always stuck to my hair really well.

This conditioner is supposed to be for those that have dry and damaged hair, however, it worked really well for us on my guys normal curly hair as well so I think it really is good for anyone seeking moisture and damage repair. I use a curling iron, blow dryer, flat iron, and sometimes a heated hair brush so my hair can take a lot of damage throughout the week depending on what I am doing. I also use hair elastics a lot and put my hair in a top knot so it takes a beating. This conditioner definitely packs a wallop when it comes to conditioning and reconditioning. It helps keep my hair silky, smooth, soft, moisturized, and looking shiny and bouncy all at the same time. I notice it doesn't strip any of my color out of my color treated hair either. It has a great scent that's subtle but very floral like most all of their shampoos and conditioners. The scent is very feminine but the conditioner is great for guys hair too. I even noticed my split ends seem to stay sealed and are less significant when I use this conditioner. Effectiveness Provides ample amount of moisture. Be careful not too use too much though because it can feel heavy and greasy if you don't rinse well. It's a great product and makes me smooth, soft, silky, shiny, and moisturized but don't over do it or you'll feel a little slimy. Scent The scent on this smells like some type of wildflowers and it's really strong in the bottle. It even stays kind of strong in your hair but I find it to be pleasant personally, just not guy friendly.

I think I would have to say that this conditioner swings and misses where it matters most and that is at softening and conditioning my hair. The bottle is easy to use and the scent is phenomenal but the product doing what it is supposed to do just did not happen. I think not only did it not make my hair softer but it may have also dried my hair out even more than it already was. I definitely give it one thumb down and one thumb sideways on scent alone. Effectiveness When I use a conditioner I want that conditioner to soften my hair and make it full and have more body. I feel like this conditioner did the exact opposite. I used it three or four times and every time I did I felt like I needed to go and wash my hair again to give it back the luster that this product sucked out of it. Scent The scent of this product is fantastic in fact if they were to make it in to a candle they would make a fortune off me alone.

If you're just looking for a normal, everyday conditioner, I'd say this is a great one. It conditioned my hair just like I want a conditioner to. However, I didn't find its 'hydralicious' claims to be true. I only have slightly dry hair, but I still didn't see any improvement after using this product for 4 weeks. Effectiveness I expected quite a bit more out of a conditioner that claims to be 'hydralicious.' However, this conditioner worked just like any other regular conditioner I've used. The name of this product really made me want to try it out. I thought it was going to be ultra moisturizing, and it's meant for damaged hair. However, I didn't see any extraordinary conditioning. Scent The scent of this conditioner was very pleasant. I always find that Herbal Essences product smell great. The scent, however, is not overpowering. It does linger slightly after rinsing the product out. It's barely noticeable, though.

I have used Herbal Essences Hydralicious Reconditioning Conditioner for a long time now. It is a great conditioner for the price. It provides superior moisture and hydrates my hair just as well as other conditioners I've purchased at the salon in the past. The conditioner smells so good and the scent lasts on my hair all throughout the day. The smell reminds me of fruit punch mixed with coconuts and pina coloda. It does a really nice job of hydrating your hair without making it look flat. I believe there is some sort of collagen additive inside of the conditioner which helps it thicken your hair as it smooths. I would definitely recommend this conditioner to women and men with all hair types and especially to anyone looking for deeper hydration with using a hot oil treatment. Effectiveness Hydralicious is ideal for dry, damaged, dehydrated or over-processed hair. Leaves hair silky, shiny and manageable. Scent The hydrating formula smells fresh and fruity. I love the Herbal Essences brand and am always trying out more of their products. One of their products that I really like is the Herbal Essences Hydralicious Reconditioning Conditioner. I dye and straighten my hair a lot so it is always getting damaged. I need a conditioner that can help rehydrate my hair and repair the damage. Herbal Essences Hydralicious Reconditioning Conditioner gives my hair hydration that it needs and helps to reduce frizz and breakage. It has a fusion of extracts of shea, moisturizers, and hawaiian sea silk. It covered my hair nicely and has a nice scent to it that is not overpowering. I let it sit in my hair for about 5 minutes before rinsing it out. After fully rinsing it out I can feel that my hair is softer and silkier. It does help to reduce frizz and makes breakage not as noticeable. It works well at getting tangles and knots out as well. It leaves a very light barely noticeable scent on your hair.

This is another one of the conditioners from herbal essence that I think deserved being talked about. The herbal essence hydralicious conditioner literally leaves my hair feeling silky, healthier, and overall better. The smell of it is absolutely delicious, not edible wise, but you know what I mean. I have thick hair that is exposed to elements that dry it out all day long. I'm a mom of twins so I don't have much time to make my thick hair look great. But after using shampoo and herbal essence hydralicious conditioner, my hair feels like it should feel and how it feels before it has to brace the harsh weather and busy days ahead. I love this conditioner and would definitely recommend trying, especially if you have dry hair. It's cheap, so give it a try. Oh and by the way, unlike other conditioners, you literally only need a little larger than a dime size amount, making it last longer. And if you have long hair like me, you only need about a quarter size amount, that's how well it works. A little goes a long way.
