I am always iffy about buying 2 in 1 products because they never seem to be effective for my dry damaged hair. They don't moisturize my hair enough. The Clairol Herbal Essences Color Me Happy 2 in 1 Shampoo + Conditioner is actually pretty good though! I am naturally a redhead but dye my hair darker shades of red. Red hair color is known for fading quickly because the red pigment doesn't stick to hair, so I am always trying products that claim to extend my hair color. Like usual the Herbal Essence shampoo + conditioner smells GREAT. It makes your hair smell good all day. Unlike other shampoo and conditioner combo's this one actually makes my dry damaged hair fairly manageable when I am styling my hair. It's not as good as when I use a separate shampoo and conditioner but it's better than the other 2 in 1's I've tried. I did notice that my hair color lasted a little longer than usual, but not a significant amount of time. I recommend giving this product a try at least. It's low priced so if it doesn't work for you you won't be out much money.

Love this shampoo! Effectiveness I have used this product numerous times and it actually makes my highlights last longer. It cleans great and my hair always looks amazing after using it! I would highly recommend this product if you have color treated hair! Scent It smells really good and clean. The scent lingers in my hair all day long!

I really love this Herbal Essences Color Me Happy shampoo and conditioner combination. It is an easy, quick, one-step solution for making my hair really shiny and soft while cutting down on the time I have to spend in the shower or using additional products. I have two young children ages three years and three months, and I just can't waste time fussing over my hair like I used to. However, I think it always looks nice thanks to this product. My hair is dyed red and this shampoo is really gentle on the color, it hasn't faded at all. It is also very thick and I've found that this formula keeps my hair well hydrated so it stays very straight and smooth without having flyaways or split ends. Plus, this two in one shampoo and conditioner combination smells really nice and is one of my favorite scents for hair products out there. All in all, I highly recommend this product for use on color treated hair.

  I love Herbal Essence Color Me Happy Shampoo and Conditioner for color treated hair.  It is an absolutly great product.   First off I love the way it makes my hair smell, its like I have a garden on top of my head.  Through out the day I love swinging my hair just to catch a whiff of my hair.  Yummy.  Its not quite like the commercials, no orgasms or anything, but close.   Secondly after each shower my hair feels soft and manageable.  I also have curly hair and it helps with keeping the moisture in my locks.   So my hair smells great and I have curls instead of frizz which is a big plus.   A great feature about the packaging is each set of shampoo and conditioner comes with a question and anwer each.  they each have a question and answer on each but the answer does not go with the question on that particular bottle. The question is on one bottle while the answer is on the other and vice versa.  Makes it fun I belive.

I love this shampoo and conditioner in one! It is cheap and convenient. This shampoo smells amazing and doesn't suck the color out of my hair. I also like that color me happy 2 in1 leves my hair feeling clean, soft, and smooth. I like that the Herbal Essences 2 in 1 brand has a nice balance between shampoo and conditioner. Other brands I have tried do not use enough conditioner and then I can not get a brush through my hair. Herbal Essences is a great brand for any girl! The products come in differnet sizes, sents, and fit for any hair type. Also this brand is resonalble price and also offer coupons in the P&G brand saver that comes in the news paper once a month. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to feel a little spoiled without feeling giulty about spending the money. This particular shampoo (color me happy) is great for color treated hair and is a less expensive alternative to paying salon price.

Herbal Essences Color Me Happy 2 in 1 Shampoo + Conditioner is, overall, a just OK product. I normally have oily hair and it dried my hair out a bit! I would suggest using an additional conditioner afterwards. My hair was soft and smooth after use and smelled great! It really helps prevent fading, which I really loved! If someone has dry hair, I would certainly suggest an additional conditioner be added to the morning routine. I received this as a sample, otherwise I may not have tried it. I love Herbal Essences, but have been most happy with the separate shampoo/condtioners rather than the 2 in 1's. For someone with slightly oily hair, I would suggest the Herbal Essence shampoo in the red bottle, the "None of Your Friziness shampoo. I am able to use that, without a conditioner, and have silky, smooth, non-greasy, non-dry hair all day! All Herbal Essence products smell amazing, which is one of my favorite aspects of HE.

I started using this fragance Color Me Happy a month ago. Since then my hair has looked and felt more healthy and strong. My son always comes home from school in the afternoon and says Mom can I smell your hair. He always lets out a refreshing sigh. It shows proven results of hydrating your hair so it is not frizzy and keeps your natural shine. I have always bought Herbal Essences products in my life and love how they set off my color. I have never colored my hair and still to this day have strong aubrun red hair with no gray hairs and I am 30! I do know it protects the people that do color there hair as my firend does and she uses the very same product. Her hair looks professionally done everytime she washes it. It is affordable and if used correctly can last for quite some time. It does not leave my hair feeling gressy like most other leading brands. It does not dry out my hair from the ingredients used in the product.

I have recently been trying out several different shampoos and conditioners for color treated hair that are cheaper then many of the higher end saloon brands and I was pleasantly surprised with how well Herbal Essences' 2 in 1 Color Me Happy worked.  It excels at keeping the color in your hair being gentle enough to not strip it out. It saves time by combining both shampoo and conditioner but I don't think it is a big enough bottle having cominbed both. I also think the conditioner is a little weaker in this then if it were seperate since you can not control how much is needed.  With that said though, the price is right and I can often find coupons and sales for this product.  The smell is plesant, a floral perfumey smell that may be a bit much for sensitive noses but I find it refreshing.  I have found my hair has not faded with the use of this product and that is the greatest part because the cost and hassle of dying hair requires a good shampoo and conditioning product to uphold the value of it.

I use to not like herbal essences shampoo but my husband started using it because he has Really thick hair and not a whole lot of shampoo's are able to keep his hair feeling clean all day long. He works and sweats a lot too. So after seeing him use it for a month I broke down and tryed and I love it! my hair feels so good after I wash it with it. I was honestly surprised to see how well it works. I didn't listen to him because I thought he was full of it on how well it works. I am now very glad I broke down and tryed it. I have also found some really good coupons for herbal essences stuff that I use to get it even cheaper then what I have been using. So that right there is a big plus for me on a tight budget. Even more tight budget now that he is deploying. Got to save money while you can and when there are good coupons out there GET THEM! I'm still new to the whole savings thing but after getting these for almost free it is really awesome! Give it a try and see what you think.

Herbal Essences 2-in-1 sounds great in theory... I love the idea of just having a 2-in-1 product to use on my hair everyday. Who doesn't want to save time and energy? With everyone's busy lifestyle I can certainly see the appeal of such a product. Anything that can save steps for when I am getting ready, will definitely make my husband a happy camper. However, I find that my long hair needs the regular shampoo and conditioner two-step process. I have found that washing my hair daily - or even multiple times daily- leads to drier more tangley (is that a word?) hair. So ultimately a 2-in-1 product just does not work for my hair. I have found that I can only use shampoo on my hair every other day and I must use conditioner everyday to maintain smooth silky locks. I liked the idea of just buying one bottle with everything in it, but it just isn't practical for my type of hair. I have long color treated hair that tends to dry out. If you have similar hair, I suggest you go with the old standby of separate shampoo and conditioner. On a more positive note, I really think this product cleans hair nicely, has a pleasant smell. Overall, I will use this brand again, but not this particular product.
