I purchased a huge 1 liter bottle of Clairol herbal essences body envy volumizing conditioner with a fusion of passion flower sunrise and pearl. It is a fair product. Easy to use, but it didn't leave my hair with any shine. The bottle dispenses by pump action, which is helpful in the shower. Effectiveness It leaves my hair with a lightweight feel and bounce when used as directed (apply, massage and rinse). I get better results when I use a shower cap and alloe it to sit in my hair for 5 to 10 minutes after application. Since this conditioner is not too thick or too thin, it applies easily, and doesn't run down my neck. Because the variety I purchsed indicated Pearl, I thought it should have given my hair some shine. The resulting lack thereof was a little disappointing. Scent The passion flower variety smells like tropical fruits, or mangoes and peaches, and not at all floral. It leaves a nice scent on my hair all day. I think it should smell floral given the variety I purchased. Next time I would try a different fragrance.

This conditioner does absolutely nothing! It does not hydrate my hair whatsoever. Even if I use a very light shampoo and use this afterward, my hair still feels course. It does not smooth it at all and my hair gets static-y throughout the day when I wear sweaters. It does not add any shine and my hair looks dull and worn out. My ends feel very rough and all my split ends become more visible. It has a medium thickness consistency so I was expecting much more out of it. It did not strip my hair color when it was dyed a light brown, so that is one other plus other than the scent. After using this for one week, I just had to stop using it because my hair looked so damaged. Effectiveness The only thing it does for me is leave a really nice scent behind. Other then that, it does not give my hair any benefits. Scent This has one of the best scents that I have ever smelled in a hair product. It is really fruity, clean, refreshing, and smells like summer time. It lingers for a while too.

Before I began to use this shampoo, my hair looked somewhat like a poor quality wig. Split end, dry strands, dandruff - my hair was a salon's specialist's nightmare. The conditioner really leaves my hair feeling soft, and even the split ends have started to vanish over time. The scent of this shampoo can be described as a herb-y smell, and immediately relaxes me and alleviates any headache that I have been feeling. After nightmare-ish hair issues, I'm really glad that I decided to go with Clairol because the shine and luster of my hair now is simply worth it. This is a wonderful conditioner! It is one of my all time favorites. It is a great conditioner for giving your hair moisture and volume. My long, thick hair had noticeably more volume after using this for about a week. I only had to apply it once each time in the shower to see results. It definitely got my hair hydrated and soft as well. It worked really well for me. I will definitely be using this conditioner again. I would highly recommend this product. Effectiveness It is highly effective. My hair had a great deal of volume after consistently using this for a week. It was also moisturized. My hair looked very soft and smooth while using this. My hair is normally flat and its very dry. I try many techniques to make my hair look fuller like teasing it or back brushing. I seen this Herbal Essences body envy volumizing conditioner and just had to buy it. It was very affordable to buy and it had a nice citrus scent to it. The consistency of this conditioner was very thick and creamy. It was very lightweight so it didn't weigh my hair down, in fact it gave my hair more volume. My hair felt a lot fuller especially on the crown area of my head. I noticed my hair didn't seem so dull or flat anymore. I was very impressed with the quality and the price of this conditioner. I'm glad it was inexpensive and it left my hair smelling great all day. I really love how my hair just felt soft and a lot healthier. I definitely recommend this to anybody with hair that just needs more body or volume. I can honestly say this conditioner really works and I will buy this again.

I want to be able to love this product. I love all their other products but again, this is marketed as a volumizing conditioner and even when paired with the shampoo it does nothing much for my hair. It may add a little volume but it also adds some weight, stiffness, and just poof to it. It isn't much, we're talking 5/32 of an inch max and that's probably a stretch. It works wonderfully as an everyday regular conditioner if you don't mind the slight attempt at volume but other than that, I'd just opt for a spray to add volume. Effectiveness First, it does add moisture and smoothness. It doesn't harm my color and it keeps my flyaway hair calm but it just doesn't stack up on volume. It tries to add volume but even with continued use of the shampoo and conditioner, I just didn't see it. I have three feet of hair so my hair is heavy and it's thin but this didn't do much of anything. I noticed a different hair texture but really not in a good way. I felt heavier and poofier although I was smooth. Also not good for curly hair. It doesn't harm it, but it definitely gives it more of a fuzzy look (or at least on my guys 3 inch curls). Scent It has a lovely scent. It smells girly and isn't good for men in that regard unless they have an affinity for fruit and flower smells. The smell lasts a long time too.

I love to try different beauty and personal care products. I had not tried Herbal Essence products since they first came out years ago. I received a coupon for this and thought it would be the perfect time to give it a try. I am really happy that I did. I have long, straight, fine hair and really have a hard time finding conditioners that work well enough to be able to comb my hair without pulling half of it out. This conditioner made it very easy to brush down through my hair. Effectiveness Herbal Essence Body Envy Conditioner works really well. Not only does it make my long hair easier to comb but it makes my hair look great. It makes my hair look so shiny and soft. It really does add some volume to my hair without weighing it down. My hair stays light and bouncy all day when I use this. It does not build-up on my scalp and hair when I use it every day like other conditioner sometimes do. Scent This conditioner smells so wonderful. It makes me smile every time I smell it. The scent does stay in my hair but wears off quicker than other shampoos and conditioners I've used.

This is a wonderful conditioner! I absolutely loved using this product. Obviously it's not a Fekkai product, but this was pretty excellent for a grocery store buy! I like this conditioner first of all because it smells so wonderful. This conditioner has a zesty scent that lasts for hours! My husband loves when I use this product because he says it makes my hair smell so amazing. I also like this conditioner because it does actually add volume. Some conditioners can leave your hair feeling heavy and over moisturized but this conditioner left my hair soft and full of volume. This is an excellent conditioner that really left my hair feeling extremely soft! This conditioner also made my hair very shiny. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable conditioner that works. It did perform well and I did enjoy the scent that it gave off. But since I have very curly hair it wasn't that good for me. It did live up to what it said it was going to do and give me body in my hair but my curls already do a lot of that body for me so it just didn't look good. It kinda flatten my curls and its not what I wanted it to do. I didn't enjoy it as much as I do their other line of conditioner, the only reason I finished it was because I didn't really want to buy a different one and leave it there to sit. My brother had used it and he has thin and straight hair so it worked better for him then me. So, for thin or straight hair this is the best or good for adding more body and a bit more bounce to it, but for curly hair it might not the best. Effectiveness I will give it this, my hair did have more body then it usually would if I don't use this conditioner. With this I was on the verge of my hair from being nice to just puff ball on my head. Scent The smell was strong and I did enjoy the scent it had and my hair did smell nice after a use of it, I could even smell it while working it into my hair in the shower.

Herbal Essences Body Envy Volumizing Conditioner works well just like the shampoo. I use this conditioner after I wash my hair with the Body Envy Shampoo. They are a good combination for giving my hair volume and body. This conditioner glides through my hair easily, and starts to soften my hair within minutes. I put the conditioner on my hair then use a large tooth-comb, making sure I get the ends. I sometimes massage the conditioner into my hair with my fingers. I use this conditioner a couple times a week. My hair texture is medium-thick, but this stuff makes my hair thicker. It gets rid of my tangles and frizzes. It softens my split ends as well. The scent smells really good. The scent is hard to describe. It smells like "sweet peachy flowers". It also smells fresh, crisp and clean and like citrus. It has a lot of healthy flower extracts in it. My hair loves flower extracts, especially passion flowers, which is one of the ingredients. It will give your hair moisturized softness. It will smooth your hair but not flatten it. I like the fact that this conditioner is light weight, rather than heavy. The design and the graphics on the container is just too cute. The price is fair. I always buy mine on sale, or I wait for a buy one, get one free deal. I really like Herbal Essences Body Envy Volumizing Conditioner and that is why I give it 4 STARS.
