Good school, but needs friendlier more helpful staff

Pros

on bus line, close to stores, Local, quick drive, lower cost, tons of class options, varied times for classes

Cons

not all staff is helpful, can be confusing to get started, very little parking

Clackamas Community College —

I have been out of school for 15 years and now enrolling into collage.
There is alot of options for classes and for class times and locations.
I have been very frustrated by the little support I have recieved from some of the staff.
I went to an adviser and did not learn anymore then before i got there.
I have had to go back up tp the school a number of times because I was not told the first or second time the papers I would need to supply.
They were not very helpful with directing me to the finacial aid info or office.
I am hoping this gets easier the longer I am in the school but so far i am frustrated because I don't know if I am doing this right or if there is an order to it all and I am not getting help from them.
I would recommend this school to someone who already knows about college.
