Two of the Creamy Bites provide 100% of the daily calcium requirement. If you don't like dairy products or tablets, this is the product for you. It's also available in a lemon flavor (haven't tried it).  This product is calcium citrate, which also causes less gas than the more common calcium carbonate products.
