Here's the problem, the "Power Cell" Stopped holding a charge, I've taken it back to the jeweler a couple times while under warranty and they found nothing wrong with it, when it completely...
review »I have had two of these watches - the first I inadvertantly took on a deep dive and managed to flood it. (Note WR 100 does not mean you should take it on dives).
The second had an issue with the internal battery about a year after I bought it. Citizen replaced it and had it returend to me within 10 days. They have very efficient warranty service.
I am a bit clumsy, so bash it on things all the time - both the band and the watch face do not show wear.
Overall quite a reliable watch for a much more reasonable price than the big-name brands.
