uses sneaky practices of raising interest rate without notifying

citibank -- like so many other credit card companies -- will bump up interest rates for the slightest of reasons and be very careful not to make a bold announcement to cardholder but rather just up the rate in a sneaky way. cardholders must notice the increase on thewir own by very carefully examining each month's bill while the credit card company hopes that the raise will go unnoticed.
