they like to change the interest rates for no reason

Responsible Honest Citizen, appreciative of good service, online banker, always looking for ways to save, not rich, interest conscious, safety conscious
Cons
    interest rate too high, difficult to get help

Very frustrated in dealing with Citibank.  Got rid of card as soon as I could.  They send you cards without being asked or an application being filled out and then they make you jump thru hoops tp cancel a card you did not ask for.

 Never use them again
