Citibank - Platinum Visa Review

I dont recommend going in debt with credit cards. With limited credit and new to the credit world I was able to get the citibank platinum visa. They provide a reasonable credit limit, and I really love that it is obvious they review your account and make changes accordingly. I have seen them increase my credit limit, and I have seen them decrease my interest rate after it had gone pretty high up because of missed payments. I got back on track, and I have seen them decrease it because of it. 

Good customer service also. I say good customer service because I have other credit cards and when I call the people either are completely rude or it's very hard for me to communicate. I've been lucky to get very nice people willing to address my concerns. And even if they cant help me or give me the answer I want I somehow dont get mad because I know that they tried. 

Only thing I say, is be careful with any credit card, and make sure you can manage your debt!
