Some times I don't understand how some credit cards opperate but I know that I got screwed by them. I am very upset at how I was handle with a problem. What started the problem what that I was sent a letter that my card had but been scamed and that a new card was being sent to me. So I waited patiently and my card came but my account was not set up. So I call to set up my account online because I always make payments online. So the account was set up but then I was told that my card had a past due balance but that she would waive the fees. But when I got my next month statement it had stated...

They originally told us that if we had 6 months of no late payments they would lower the interest rate. I paid off the card and the next month I was charged $1.00 for late fees. I called and that was taken off of the account. I feel...
read full review »I like my student visa card. I have had it for 13 years and have had no problems. I have had problems with other companies that charge my bogus charges and are always changing my APR. Citi has always stayed the same. I think that their website is easy to use and it's convienent to make payments on.
Go for it only if you are sure that you can clear of the debt in the first 4-6 months.
