Citi - Visa Review

Some times I don't understand how some credit cards opperate but I know that I got screwed by them. I am very upset at how I was handle with a problem. What started the problem what that I was sent a letter that my card had but been scamed and that a new card was being sent to me. So I waited patiently and my card came but my account was not set up. So I call to set up my account online because I always make payments online. So the account was set up but then I was told that my card had a past due balance but that she would waive the fees. But when I got my next month statement  it had stated that now I was being charged a late fee and over draft fee. I was blowned away because I was told those fees would be dropped. So I called customer service and told them the situation and now I was told  that I had to pay all the full amount that was owed on the account now. Well, being a regular human being and I got upset and explained to them that I did not feel that I owed all the back fees but they still insist that I do. I would be happy if they would work with me instead of being jerks. Well, will so what happens.
