Citi - Upromise Platinum Select Mastercard — 

The Upromise Citibank Visa is a good way to save for college. By using the Upromise Citibank Visa money is deposited into an account that can be used to pay college tuition and other related college costs. There are hundreds of businesses and services that are affiliated with the Upromise Citibank Visa which it makes it easy to save. I use my Upromise CitiBank Visa exclusively so that I can build a college fund for my children.

I believe this program has since moved from Citi over to Bank of America. I have been a member for over 5 years now and the money accumulates fast.
