Citi - MTV U Platinum Select Visa — 

The MTVU Credit Card is the first credit card I have ever used, and it was recommended to me because of its simplistic use.  They will accept you regardless of your credit score and the card also offers a great rewards system where you can earn points that you can redeem for Gift Cards, electronics, etc.  I would highly recommend this card for college students because it offers an online payment system and is very easy to use when you are first learning how to manage your money.
