Most HelpfulRecently I received notice from Citi Card that my interest rate was jumping to 19.9%. Even though a person has an excellent payment history on all cards and is never late(and if so only a day because of the time frame in paying on line), they are punished because the companies know that this person will do everything in his or her power to pay their bills on time. review »Many people advise against credit card use, however if you will pay your card off each month you can pick up additional rewards just for using your card to buy the things you need on a daily basis. We have saved rewards for a laptop for a graduating SR x 2. We did not earn enough rewards for both, however we were able to make a big dent in the cost. Customer service is very user friendly and has been very cooperative when needed.
