These all access cards are a rip off.

not rich, Safety conscious, Every day computer user, always looking for ways to save

    web site easy to negotiate

I got a prepaid access card and I must say I am disappointed.  You are charged to pay a bill, charged for withdrawals on top of the surcharge, charged to put money on it.  The minimum you can put in it is $25.  I didn't know that.  Anyway there should be better cards out there.
