Citi - Diamond Preferred Rewards Card —
I thought as long as I always paid on time my Citi card rate would stay the same since it wasn't an introductory rate. I was WRONG. They raised my rate from 4.99% to 14.99%. I had the choice to "opt out" of the rate increase, but now my card will be cancelled on the expiration date and I will have to pay the balance in full.
