Citi - AAdvantage Platinum Mastercard —
I have this card, I am going through a divorce and lost my job at the same time. They didn't work with me at all and when I missed two payments of 120 each they decided to give me an extra 2000 dollars in fees. Do not get behind, for my minimum payment to catch back up they want almost 1000 for missing 240 worth. Be careful with citi and don't get behind. As far as thier response everyone goes through something and I should not have missed my payments.
