Circuit City Review

WOW! WHAT GREAT SERVICE

I have to say when I walked into our local Circuit City I didn't find what I went in for, BUT let me just say that I did get the unexpected. I got great customer service!

The store did have an item on sale that I planned to purchase in the future so I bought it. When I asked about the item that I had went to purchase the guy said he didn't think it had come in but he would go in the back to check the unpacked boxes. He did and it wasn't there.

It didn't stop there though. He was asked by another guy what I needed and he got online to find out why they didn't have it and if other Circuit City stores might have it. He went to other sites to find out if the release date had been changed or delayed for some reason.

THATS NOT ALL! Another guy called another store in our area to see if they had the item I was looking for or to find out if they knew why it hadn't been released.

I left knowing that the item I wanted had been delayed in shipping and should be in stores tomorrow.

THOSE MEN REALLY KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
