Worst customer service ever!

    terrible customer service, use bait and switch techniques

The customer service from Circuit City.com was the worst I have ever expereinced.  After getting the run around for over 3 months I finally had to get the Better Business Bureau to intervene on my behalf.  After that, I finally got a return authorization.  They sure made trying to return a unacceptable item immediately a true headache.  I will never use them again, either on-line or in their stores!
