a little over charging?

budget conscious, a techie, computer literate, a graphics pro, a PC User
Pros

    Friendly staff, Great warranties, Good people in local store, Great prices on clearance items, Website is easy to navigate, Very good product selection, Easy returns

Cons
    Misleading 20-minute pick-up guarantee, One person working in TV and stereo

Bestbuy has an excellent customer service, but must times there items are overpriced considering that web based compaines have the same items for as much as $500 cheaper, but when compared to sears they are better with price especially during sale times. One a whole Circuitcity is a very nice store but i advise to check to online store first you might find a lot better pric
