I just got this vehicle and already, I love it.  The automatic sliding side doors are super convienent.  The auto lift gate makes loading and unloading a cinch.  Also the amount of storage in this vehicle is superior.  The stow and go works like a dream.  Very easy to do, no struggling.  I don't... read full review »

Town and Country vans, particularly the 2005 model, has numerous front end electrical problems. It starts with the AC blowing spurts of hot air every once in a while, then maybe a door won't open or close electronically. After one year the front end completely goes bonkers. The dashboard might not light...

I do not own this model, but rented it at an airport.  Take into consideration that I utilize a wheelchair, so my issues may not be applicable to you.  Since I transfer from my wheelchair directly to the drivers seat, then pull my wheelchair into the van right behind the drivers seat, I found the fold down passenger seats a very useful feature.  Other vans, I have to remove the seat behind the driver's to do this.  Also, since I'm sitting in the driver's seat when I put my wheelchair in, the automatic back doors are a very convenient feature.

The biggest negative, for me at least, is that the...

I bought my minivan with hesitation, I didn't want to be that soccer mom in the minivan. I got in and just couldn't believe that  I was actually in one. The salesperson showed me how all the seats disappear into the floor, and how I had extra storage in the floor. I was amazed at how much could fit into the van. I purchased the van and now I can't remember how I lived without it. My family and I went on vacation and we were all comfortable and plenty of room for luggage, boogie boards, pillows, fishing poles, sleeping bags, cooler, chairs, comforters, and kites. I actually had more but didn't...

We purchased this van used, it was about 8-9 months old and we have had it for 6 months.  We have taken a few long trips as well as use it daily to and from work, and are very pleased overall.  The gas mileage was better than expected at 22-24 mpg and there is a ton of space.  It is very comfortable and ergonomic.  It came with a free subscription to sirius satellite radio, but I did not care for it very much.  I purchased a set of snow tires and it handles well on slippery roads.  Car and Driver complains that it lacks power but I am not sure what they expect out of a minivan.  It was... read full review »

I never pictured myself as a mini-van woman, until I got three Dobermans and had to get three crates in the back. The stow and go seating makes it a snap to fold down the seat and put three crates in.

We have the stadium seating for the third seat which means you can fold it so that it faces the back and with the rear hatch up you are undercover. Great at a dog show!

The navigation system has gotten me to dog shows without having to read a map and the Sirius radio is wonderful.

This is a great vehicle!

I have a Chrysler Town and Country LTD minivan. I am single with no kids and everyone thought I was nuts when I bought it, but I would not trade having it for any other type of vehicle. I have hauled countless youth to rallys helped I don't know how many people move including myself. I fit a couch in the back with my seats out and had room to pack about 20 boxes and some in the back. It runs great and looks great too.
