Economically priced, but disappointing

This is a four seat convertible priced at the $20K range. I have had an abnormal amount of trouble with the electrical system--having the battery replaced 7 times in 4 years (all under warranty) due to a drain on the battery created by the seat belt warning system. this is a reliable car
value conscious, daily driver
