The friendliest bar in town - feel like you've come back home.

There are few restaurants that you love right away. For me, this was love at first site -- especially after I saw the huge beer selection and started chatting with some of the bartenders. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! The food is good too: nothing fancy, but wholesome, varied, and yummy. The place is vegetarian-friendly, but carnivores will be happy here too.

Something for everyone

We ate at Christopher's last weekend. Our group consisted of adults, kids, vegetarians and carnivores. Since I don't eat meat I usually have one or two choices at most restaurants. There were so many veggie choices I couldn't believe it. I had the spinach & artichoke burrito. It was excellent! The members of the group who had burgers said they were great! The dessert was good but next time I think I'd wait and go to a local bakery, or better yet go to the North End for Italian pastry.

Good basic food with names you can pronounce.  Quick service.  I ate at the bar while on lunch break from a class at nearby Lesley Univ.
