Christmas Review

One of my most favorite holidays is Christmas! I love to that time of the year. I love to decorate the Christmas tree and sing christmas carols. I just love to celebrate this time of the year. I do get a little stressed buying gifts. I like to make things though. I am a bargin hunter and sometimes I do get things for my family months in advance if it is on sale. When i was a little kid my parents would take me and my four older sisters driving around town to see all the houses that we decorated with the lights. I loved to do that. Now I am in my thirties and I don't have any kids of my own. I do have a lot of neices and nephews. I love to take them around and look at all the lights. Of course when I was little I loved to get presents. Now i love to give presents and spend time with my family. We have a huge party on Christmas Eve with all my family there.The little kids can not wait to open all his or her presents. My neice Bethany leaves for gifts, and she bugs and bugs us until he get to open them up.  We eat first and then we open up our gifts around eight pm that night. All the kids watch the news to see where Santa Claus is and what state he is in. It is  a big thing at our house. We watch Christmas cartoons and specials. Everyone in the family makes some kind of food to bring. Christmas in our family is not about all the presens,(even though Bethany would say it is) it is about peace, love, joy, jesus and spending time with those you love!
