I am a penny pincher, but paid the price for this eye cream.   It was WAY out of my budget, but works miracles.  It moisturizes, takes away puffiness, can be used on top of eye lid, reduced the wrinkles so make-up applies smoother.  Best part is that is does not burn the eye after absorbing like so many eye creams!  I has stopped wearing eye shadow due to "aging" eye lids, drooping.  This has made me enjoy eye make-up again.  It is fantastic, best eye cream on the market if you can afford it!
