Choke is for people who enjoy brutal honesty.

The plot of this story is unique and random, but not to the point of nonsense. Virtually every character has personality which is obcessive, yet intriguing. Small factoids are scattered throughout the story, thereby granting the narrator an extra dimension which parallels the plot. Most factoids appear to be sexual in nature or drug-related, due to the direct relationship between the factoids and the events taking place. This book is great for those who need a "breather" from heavier plotlines and the duldrums. This is definitely considered to be Chuck Palahniuk's best work; if I were to be asked.

 I'm not much for intricate detailing, so I'll just say that if you need a break and a fun read, pick up this book and finish it within the week.

This a great book.  I found myself laughing outloud.  I can't wait to see the movie, to see how close they get it to the book.

Starting to read another one of Chuck Palahniuk books, lullaby.  Look forward to it!!
