I hired this company to install a wood burning stove in order to lower my heating bill on February 14, 2008.  I gave Joe Van Ness a check for $1900 to buy the materials and he told me that the job would be done in three weeks.  It is now May 3, 2008 and the man will not return my phone calls and I have the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General trying to retrieve my deposit.  BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS HAD 18 SIMILAR COMPLAINTS IN THE LAST THREE YEARS AND 13 ARE TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM HIM.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
