I found the process to get the pillow ready for use not hard to do but frustrating.I did not get the relief that it promises. I found it uncomfortable sleeping on a pillow that squished. It did not cool me down only the side of my face laying directly on the pillow experienced any kind of cooling sensation and it was not a soothing sensation. You fill the pillow with hot tap water let it sit several hours periodically pushing the air bubble out. This will be frustrating due to when seeing the ad it makes you think it comes prepared for use.

This cooling comfort is amazing! It was a christmas present. It is designed to keep your head cool without having to be put into the freezer. You fill it up with water, then let it sit for 4 hours. The next step is very important. You need to squeeze out the excess air through the plug. After this step is done, the pilklow starts to feel cool. I use it on my bed at night and by morning it is still cool! No freezing like other items I have used. My sleep is comfortable and this product is eco-friendly too. It is soothing and relaxing especially for someone like me who is always hot at night. The pillow is thin and soft. It has several uses. My husband uses it when he gets a headache. Recovering from surgery, his head is often hot and aches alot. This helps with the pain. So I can use it for hot flashes and he can use it for headaches. It also helps my aching feet after a long day at work. I love this chillow product. Easy to set up and use. I don't know how I lived this long without it.

I bought the chillow pillow yesterday and the directions were really easy fill it up, let it sit, then release air bubbles and your good to go. Well upon waking up this morning my pillows and sheet were all wet. The plug was still it and it didn't seem that wet. So if i had to re-do the process all over again, I would probably let it sit longer then 4 hours.

I have had cancer and can never take any hormones again....this product has changed my life! I no longer have negative effects from night sweats, no longer have to have the fan blowing directly on my head, I was skeptical, but this is one product the definitely works! I bought one for my husband also, but he is such a restless sleeper that it bunches up for him, but is easily flattened back out for the next night! I would recommend this product to everyone! The also have a one that you can lay on and cool your whole body...that will be my next purchase!

Well, you see I am a busy person and I often get migranes! This is the only non-medical fix that I have found for them. And even when I don't have a one it really does help me sleep because it keeps my head cool, which in turn helps me keep the rest of me cool. I hate sleeping when it is too hot! This is one of the greatest inventions since the beggining of time. I would spend more on medication if I did not have this pillow. And they are not the expensive either, and sometimes you can find them on sale online and that is an even better deal. I would really like to recommend them to anyone that has really bad headaches because they really do help even when some medications don't. They are also a really good stress reliever! I think that buying one of these is definitly one of the things you should put on your to-do list. The only thing is if you are a fit-ful sleeper you should make sure to keep it away from sharp object!
