I have worked in a many different restraunts. the place is a great place, great food, high volume. The only that I was unhappy is working at chili's on W. Colonial was that they put such a low importance towards famaily. I had an abusive relation with my childrens father. Before he walked out on us i was carring our last child. Working 12 hour plus hours, pregnate, taking a moment to each something I was pentalized. Although other people were able to eat a hot meal, having to beg just to eat a salad. Also I was excpected to plan my life around work but could be calledat anytime to work, also refused to be given a set work days. Also being that I was going to school, and during a 9 month employment always having wed. night when I was in class was constantly exspected to work, or find someone eles to work for me. The last straw was that I had to choose whether i have a job or taking care or the M.R.S.A bacterial infection that was afflicting my under age 2 year old son. Frankly due to the risk of contageous to common public and hospitalization for my son I don't think that I should risk or put work first. Frankly I would not eat at that Chili's if the workers might possiable have a contagouse infection since they require you to work even if your sick.
