Chili's - Orlando, FL Review

This Chili's was the worst!!!!! Not only did the waitress spill the drinks all over my husband's pants...there was little help offered to clean the mess up. We ended up cleaning up most of it. The manager's only reply was "we only have t-shirts"....no...really...it was his pants..not his shirt. I was as if he didn't want to deal with the situation...he must have felt content playing hostess at the door. Then the new drinks were wrong, the burger was cold, and the salad was gritty...almost sandy!!! WE EVEN WERE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE MEAL!!! No discount or small consolation for the huge snafu!!! Everyone was rude and had attitudes..the waitress took forever with our check and could barely get anyone's attention when we needed something. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
